Alumina foam ceramic filters have the advantages of high porosity, high mechanical strength, stable chemical properties, strong corrosion resistance, high adsorption rate, good filtration function, and thermal shock resistance. It is mainly used in the purification process in the production of non-ferrous alloys such as aluminum and aluminum alloys. It can also be used as gas-solid, liquid-solid separation medium, catalyst carrier, burner and sound absorption and environmental protection fields.
Sizes are available in square, round and custom geometries; sizes range from 10mm to 600mm and thickness ranges from 10-50mm.
The most common porosity is 10ppi, 15ppi, 20ppi, 25ppi. Higher porosity available on request. Customized small filters are also possible.
